To play Valorant on Mac, you’ll need to use the Boot Camp Assistant app that all Intel Mac models have by default to install with it Windows 10 on your computer. The reason for this is that the Boot Camp Assistant app used to install Windows 10 on Intel Macs, allowing Valorant to be played on them, isn’t available for M1 and M2 models, since their chips’ architecture is incompatible with Windows 10. You can download Valorant on Intel MacBooks, but it’s currently not possible to download and play the game on an Apple Silicon Mac. Can you download Valorant for MacBook M1? Unfortunately, this option works only for Intel Macs and not for Apple Silicon models (M1 and M2). You’ll be able to play Valorant on a Mac if you follow the instructions provided in our guide, where we’ve described how to use the Boot Camp Assistant app to install Windows in a separate partition and then download the PC version of the game in that partition. Unfortunately for Mac users, the ways to enjoy this popular free-to-play FPS on their machines are very limited, yet, it’s still not impossible to play Valorant on a Mac computer.
