If you're using Shapr3D Basic, a prompt to start a free trial automatically appears whenever you open Shapr3D. Note: A Shapr3D account is not the same as an Apple ID. If you choose to subscribe via the App Store, you can only request a refund from Apple in case you decide to cancel your subscription. Optional: You can turn off Auto renewal in the Subscription page by selecting Manage under Auto-renews on. Note: By default, your subscription automatically renews. 
To check if your subscription is successful, go back to the Subscription page in your account to confirm that your subscription has been updated. If your payment is successful, our payment provider, Paddle, will automatically send your invoice to your email. Note: If you're subscribing under a business, click Add V AT number at the top to provide your VAT number, or go to the invoice email you'll receive after subscribing and access the invoice page from there.
